YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF THIS REQUIREMENT.

ELIGIBILITY

Our Service is provided to you at no cost. However, we receive compensation from Lending Partners, Service Providers, and other marketers in exchange for marketing their products or services, sharing user information with them, or facilitating connections between Users and such parties.

This compensation enables us to operate the Service and may influence which lenders, services, or advertisements are presented to you, including their order or prominence. In some cases, Users may be more likely to be matched with or see advertisements from entities offering higher compensation.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to our Marketing Practices Disclosure and Privacy Policy, and that you consider them fair and reasonable.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

To access the Service, you must complete an online questionnaire requesting certain personal and financial information (the "Request Form"). You agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete, and you agree not to misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or submit information on behalf of third parties. By submitting a Request Form, you authorize Lending Partners to access, review, and verify your information, including credit-related data, as permitted by law.

If a lender chooses to proceed, you may be redirected to the lender's website or presented with additional steps to continue the application process. At that point, our involvement ends, and any interactions you have are governed solely by the lender's terms, policies, and agreements. You are responsible for reviewing those materials before entering into any agreement.

If no lending options are available, we may present marketing materials for other financial products or services offered by Service Providers. You are not required to accept or respond to any loan offers or financial service solicitations.

SERVICE DISCLAIMER

Not a Lender

• We are not a lender, creditor, financial institution, broker, or agent of any lender.
• We do not make lending decisions, prequalify applicants, or issue loans.
• We do not solicit or offer loans.
• Our role is limited to operating an independent platform that connects Users with third-party lenders.

Important Information

• Lending Partners may offer loan amounts ranging from $200 to $5,000; however, not all lenders offer the maximum amount.
• We do not guarantee that you will receive a loan or that any lender will approve your request. Approval depends on each lender's criteria, including credit history, income, and other financial factors.
• We do not control, endorse, or guarantee loan terms, interest rates, fees, or conditions. These vary by lender and are beyond our control.
• We do not verify the licensing, accreditation, or qualifications of lenders. You are responsible for evaluating any lender before engaging with them.

Service Availability

• Our Service is not available in all states.
• Certain lenders may not operate in all U.S. jurisdictions due to state-specific regulations.
• Availability limitations will be disclosed based on your state of residence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

All financial decisions you make are your own. While we provide a platform to explore potential options, we are not responsible for the choices you make or the outcomes that result.

You should:

• Carefully review all loan terms and disclosures.
• Compare available options before making a decision.
• Review responsible lending and rates-and-fees information.
• Seek advice from qualified financial professionals when appropriate.

CREDIT REPORT ACCESS

To evaluate your request, lenders may obtain your credit report from one or more credit reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian, or Equifax.

Additionally, to present relevant financial products or services, we or our Service Providers may access certain credit-related information, such as credit scores or total debt amounts, as permitted by law.

Before submitting your request, you will be asked to provide authorization for these activities in accordance with our Credit Authorization terms.

ELECTRONIC CONSENT ("E-CONSENT")

By submitting information through the Site, you consent to conduct transactions electronically, including the use of electronic signatures and the receipt of electronic records, disclosures, and communications.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises or be permanently barred.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.

You may opt out of arbitration by providing written notice within 30 days of first using the Service by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms, together with all related disclosures and authorizations, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
